Wow, I apparently tried to sell these to the wrong crowd, I had to break up the pair just to make back cost. (I seem to remember just giving away the black one to one of my students at the time who was hanging around just because it was the only thing left and I didn't want to take it back home.)

I just needed to do something fun after pumping out a hundred identical amphora (which are not a good way to make money anyway, as a handkerchief bowl takes a twentieth of the time, a minuscule fraction of the effort and sells much better, sigh.)
